Exam / Assessment Stress

Many people go to pieces when it comes to exams, assessments or even interviews.  Past experiences, negative self talk, low self esteem, lack of confidence and self doubt can all lead to under achieving on that all important day. GCSEs, A levels, Degrees or exams and assessments connected to employment, the brain can't tell the difference and exam stress is exam stress no matter how old you are or at what level you are studying. 

I can work with individuals via Zoom or face to face to help increase confidence and  to overcome fears associated with exams / assessments.  

I can also work with schools / colleges with small groups of students helping them to prepare for their exams / assessments.

I use relaxation techniques, visualisation and mindfulness to reduce stress and anxiety, build confidence and improve self esteem.  The techniques I use can also be used in other stressful situations not just for exam stress. This gives my client strategies and tools to use throughout life to improve emotional health and well-being.
