September sees change as we move into autumn. Despite a mixed bag of weather with some days warmer than some in July and August there is no denying that the days are getting shorter. For some the change in seasons are coped with easily whilst for others it is more difficult. Look what is happening in nature, there is a general slowing down in Autumn. Many of our trees let go of their lush green leaves and slowly let go of summer. The frenzy of spring activity with plants emerging from dark soil are a distant memory. Autumn is the session where we transition from summer into winter and where viable changes can be seen. What can we learn from Autumn?...... It is OK to leave go of some things in our life ........ change is often necessary in order to move forward. What change will you make this Autumn? What baggage can you shed?
